I work mainly on topological systems and unconventional superconductivity. My research on topological systems in condensed matter is focused on finding ways to drive topological phases. For example, proposing heterostructures in which a graphene layer becomes topological due to interactions. I'm also interested in interaction induced topological superconductivity. In the field of unconventional superconductivity I am interested in the cuprate and pnictide families of materials. My research is aimed at understanding the mechanism for superconductivity and the implications of the unconventional order parameter structure.
